Robienie ciasteczek z dzieckiem to mega frajda, która pozwala na dobrą chwilę zapomnieć o ekranach i bajeczkach. Tak więc przygotowałam ciasto i po powrocie ze żłobka zaprosiłam Bombelka do wspólnego pieczenia.

Making cookies with a child is great fun and allows you to forget about screens and fairy tales for a while. So, I prepared the dough and after returning from the nursery, I invited Bombelek to bake with me.

Szukając inspiracji na przepis, weszłam na instagram, gdzie po wyszukaniu "ciasteczka na kefirze" znalazłam przepis... na ciasteczka bez kefiru, za to cytrynowe. A że wszystko, co cytrynowe, jest przepyszne, to bazowałam na tym przepisie - dałam dokładnie te składniki (zastępując cukier erytrolem w proporcji 1:1) plus chlust kefiru, a co. Ciasto wyrobiło się w lidlomixie - raz-dwa.

Looking for inspiration for a recipe, I went to Instagram, where, after searching for "kefir cookies", I found a recipe... for cookies without kefir, but with lemon. And since everything lemon is delicious, I based it on this recipe - I added exactly these ingredients (replacing sugar with erythritol in a 1:1 ratio) plus a splash of kefir and whatnot. The dough was kneaded in the lidlomix - in a glimpse of an eye.

Ciasto się wyrobiło, schowałam je do lodówki, i poszłam po Młodego. W sumie zanim wróciliśmy, czymś tam się zajęliśmy, tak więc zanim się za nie zabraliśmy, poleżakowało niespełna 2 godziny.

The dough was made, I put it in the fridge, and I went to get the Young One. In fact, before we came back, we were busy with something, so before we started working on it, it rested for almost 2 hours.

Konsystencja ciasta była wspaniała! Wałkowało się idealnie, łatwo wycinało kształty, a jak Bombel przejął wałek na dobre - ja nie miałam problemu, żeby rozpłaszczyć je rękami i tak wycinać moje ciasteczka. Ciasto ideał.

The consistency of the dough was great! It rolled out perfectly, cut out shapes easily, and when Bombel took over the rolling pin for good, I had no problem flattening them with my hands and cutting out my cookies that way. Perfect dough.

Po upieczeniu były też takie, jakie lubię - bo nie za twarde, w sam raz do zjadania. Niestety, w grubszych sztukach wyszedł troszkę zakalec, ale mnie on w niczym nie przeszkadza, niech sobie jest.

After baking, they were also the way I like them - not too hard, just right to eat. Unfortunately, in larger pieces there is a bit of a sad cake, but it doesn't bother me at all, let it be.

Przyczepić się mogę zasadniczo tylko do... smaku. Pani z instagrama po upieczeniu lukrowała jeszcze te ciasteczka, wiem dobrze dlaczego - są mało słodkie. Mają taki smak idealny dla Bombla na rozszerzanie diety, łagodny i neutralny. Takiemu małemu Bomblowi zrobiłabym je rzecz jasna z bananem, a bez erytrytolu. Dla siebie i dorodnego Bombla dałabym jednak więcej słodzidła, bo przecież jak już jeść ciasteczka, to z rozkoszą, prawda? Za mało było też tego soku z cytryny, ja w ogóle nie czułam tego aromatu - ale przyznać muszę, że jako leniuszek jednak pominęłam jeden składnik, mianowicie skórkę z cytryny, dałam tylko sok z jednej całej sztuki.

The only thing I can fault is... the taste. The lady from Instagram added icing to these cookies after baking, and I know why - they are not very sweet. They have a taste that is perfect for Bombla to expand their diet, mild and neutral. For such a little Bombel, I would make it with banana, of course, but without erythritol. However, I would add more sweetener for myself and the handsome Bombel, because when you eat cookies, you enjoy them, right? There wasn't enough lemon juice, I didn't feel the aroma at all - but I must admit that, as a lazy person, I omitted one ingredient, namely lemon peel, and only added juice from one whole piece.

Dobre, o fajnej konsystencji, ale za mało słodkie i niektóre sztuki z zakalcem - tak to by w skrócie podsumować. Na pewno świetne jako zabawa z Bomblem.

Good, with a nice consistency, but not sweet enough and some of them have a bit of sad cake - that's how I can sum it up. Definitely great as a fun activity with Bombel.
