Piękna pogoda zachęciła nas do spędzenia weekendu w Ustroniu, a tam akurat miały miejsce Ustrońskie Dożynki. Wspaniały zbieg okoliczności, bo po poprzednich wizytach w Ustroniu Bombel stał się największym fanem traktorków na świecie, nie mogliśmy więc przegapić tej okazji.

Beautiful weather encouraged us to spend the weekend in Ustroń, and Ustroń Harvest Festival took place there. A great coincidence, because after previous visits to Ustroń, Bombel became the biggest fan of tractors in the world, so we couldn't miss this opportunity.

Ze wszystkich atrakcji postawiliśmy na sam Korowód, bo obrzędy, modlitwy i koncerty to już może niekoniecznie atrakcje dla Bombla.
Korowód biegnie ulicą Daszyńskiego. Wzdłuż ulicy ustawiły się tłumy - na oko jakieś 3 miliony ludzi. ;)

Of all the attractions, we focused on the Procession itself, because rituals, prayers and concerts may not necessarily be attractions for Bombel.
The procession runs along Daszyńskiego Street. Crowds lined the street - looks like about 3 million people. ;)

W końcu doczekaliśmy się rozpoczęcia korowodu. Najpierw przejechała policja, a potem przeszedł chochoł.

Finally, we waited for the procession to start. First the police drove by, then the mulch went by.

Przeszła orkiestra, przejechały konie.

The orchestra passed, the horses passed.

No i wreszcie to, na co czekały wszystkie bombelki. Traktory!

And finally, what all the children have been waiting for. Tractors!

Co jakiś czas przejechała też straż pożarna i polewała tłumy chłodzącą wodą.

From time to time, the fire brigade drove by and poured cooling water on the crowds.

Był też diabeł we własnej osobie. A potem się zaręczył, wiecie? Chcecie zobaczyć? Proszę:

Z traktorów rzucano cukierkami, ale nie tylko. Były takie, z których rozdawano sznity z tłustym, miód, czy alkohol.

Candy was thrown from the tractors, but not only. There were those from which schnitzels with fat, honey or alcohol were distributed.

Był też traktor z imprezą.

There was also a tractor with a party.

Jak do tego doszło, nie wiem, jak to śpiewa klasyk, ale zapomniałam o raporcie za sobotę. Sierpniowy #PUD poszedł więc w zapomnienie. A szkoda :( bo byłby to piękny raport, patrzcie tylko.

How it happened, I don't know, but I forgot about Saturday's report. So the August #PUD went into oblivion. It's a pity :( because it would be a beautiful report, just look.
